Property Administrator

We are seeking a Property Administrator to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries - attract & educate new potential tenants
• Investigate & resolve tenant complaints & work order requests
• Ensure all work order & repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Enforce property & associations' rules and regulations
• Give management information to allow them to select tenants through interviews & background checks
• Collect rent & provide receipts
• Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships
• Prepare & maintain records, correspondence, & files
• Establish & maintain relationships with tenants
• Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, & encouraging referrals - plus work on tenant retention
• Terminating leases & handling lease renewals as needed
• Advertise & market vacant spaces to attract tenants (website, facebook, zillow, etc)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields, preferred, not required
• Familiarity with real estate leases is preferred, not required
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, & interpersonal skills **ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS KEY**
• Bilingual Spanish - English preferred, not required
• High school diploma/GED.

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm and FIRST & LAST Saturday of every month 9:00am-12:00pm.
