Our company has been in business for over eighty (80) years, and we provide propane tanks, leasing, and sales, as well as LP motor fuel grill bottles.
Reporting to the owner and co-owner, you will be responsible for installation and operation of company equipment along with customer service functions of the company. We provide a competitive salary, benefits, growth opportunities, great working environment, as well as relocation assistance.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Tank delivery and setting
Diagnose and solve customer problems.
Connect appliances and cook stoves.
Install furnaces and heaters
Install, repair, and maintain propane appliances.
Provide services to residential, industrial, and commercial customers.
Perform, repair, and make any necessary adjustments to propane appliances as instructed.
Examine regulator, gas lines, and appliances for leaks connections for possible defects.
Install pressure tests and leak test gas service lines, to ensure gas systems pass all state and local requirements.
Inspect vehicle(s) daily, and report any defects to management in accordance with company and DOT requirements.
Essential Requirements
At least 2 years of commercial driving and maintenance experience preferred
CDL license required.
Class B license with airbrakes.
Education: None required.
Excellent customer services skills are mandatory.
Able to provide results and multi-task while working under pressure.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
