Is accountable for the management of field operations on assigned project(s) in such a way as to ensure scheduled completion of the projects within the established budget, time, safety and quality standards. Responsible for directing labor, equipment and subcontractors, planning, problem-solving, and developing and maintaining client relationships.

  • Field Operations Leadership with General Contractor, Construction Manager on large-scale commercial/municipal projects (5MM+).
  • High School Diploma/equivalent with extensive field experience. Some College, Degree, or Technical/Trade schooling preferred.
  • Minimum working experience (specific kinds and amounts of experience needed to qualify for this position): Field experience: 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Specialized Knowledge (kinds and amounts of specialized knowledge, however, acquired, needed to fulfill the requirements):
  • Possess a high level of technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities equivalent to that derived from construction or engineering-related training. The incumbent must be proficient in reading plans and specification and must have an overall knowledge of the construction industry, i.e., mechanical, electrical, etc.
  • Possess the ability to thoroughly understand project finances.
