Our firm has been retained by Kota Home Builders, a locally owned and operated custom homebuilder, in the search for a senior Project Superintendent.

Essential functions:
- Provide technical assistance and direction to contractors i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommended construction methods, company procedures, planning and schedule development
- Authorize all field project personnel transactions, small purchase requisitions and field requests for information
- Coordination of materials and take offs with suppliers and subcontractors
- Support the project management team in developing, implementing and executing project procedures, working documents and standards
- Bid, negotiate, value engineer and execute contracts in conjunction with the project manager
- Set overall schedule and deadlines in conjunction with the project manager
- Manage, code and approve subcontractor invoicing in conjunction with the project manager
- Assist in weekly Owner, Architect and Contractor (OAC) meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of professional experience supervising high-end custom home projects
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of construction software is preferred but not required
