KORKAT has a Project Superintendent opening in Carrollton, GA. We are looking for an energetic, organized individual to help with running an installation crew. Project will include building playgrounds, shades, pavilions and many more commercial recreation equipment though out the south east. The job does require travel. Please email for more details.
Starting Pay depends on Project Manager experience
- First year, no less than $70,000 plus
Specific Responsibilities of Project Manager
- Manage a 4 man crew
- Keep record of receipts spent with company credit card
- Order and coordinate rental equipment
- Manage entire project from start to finish
Qualifications of Project Manager
- Experience in construction project management is preferred but is not required.
Particularly Desirable Skills of Project Manager
- General knowledge of construction and logistics
- Organization and planning skills
- Good communication skills
