Position Purpose:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Site Representative to join our Design and Construction team. As the Project Site Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of Design and Construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality. You will serve as the liaison between the project team, site contractors, and the client, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site project execution to ensure compliance with design plans, construction standards, and project specifications.

• Monitor project progress, identify any potential issues, and work with the project team to develop solutions and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with project team members, contractors, and client representatives.

• Review and approve contractor payment requests, change orders, and other project-related documents.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and punch lists.

• Conduct project close-out activities, including coordinating final inspections and ensuring completion of all project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or construction site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel to Project Sites as necessary.
