Job Title: Project Manager Assistant

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist Production Manager in ensuring jobs are going smoothly.
• Transporting additional materials that crews need. This would include communicating with vendors and team.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be comfortable with heights- you will be required to access roofs. (This job may include you taking photos from a ladder and occasionally measuring a roof after being trained.)
• Responsible for handyman jobs around the office and as needed by the team.
• Setting up yard signs and collecting.

Compensation:
$800/weekly salary. There will be some occasions when you will need to work after 5pm and an occasional Saturday.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Previous experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Appearance/dress (this position we provide the shirts and shoes for roofs- jeans allowed)
• The desire to advance their career further in the company and help grow our business.
• A willingness to learn about the roofing industry.
• Previous experience in roofing is not required, and a training period of 1-2 weeks would be expected whether or not there was previous experience in this field.
• Dependable, consistent on-time attendance
• Ability to use technology/ apps on a frequent basis so much be able to use an Iphone/Ipad.
• Ability to adapt to changes easily with a can-do attitude. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
• Good driving record and a current license (a work truck would be provided and fuel card or credit card would be provided)

Work schedule:

Typically 40+ hours per week, but weather related. Work on Saturdays will be required on occasion.
