PROJECT PORTFOLIO DIRECTOR-HUMAN RESOURCES (HR), Business and Digital Transformation Office, to report to the chief officer for business and digital transformation and lead, in close partnership with HR and IT functions, the design, management, coordination, implementation, and control of large-scale transformation projects for human resources. MIT is embarking on a transformation journey to improve its administrative processes, systems, and services and this role will play a key leadership role in achieving these objectives for the human resources function. Will support the transformation of the Institute by ensuring alignment across people, process, technology, and data/analytics dimensions.
