Location: Phoenix, AZ / Detroit, MI / Redlands, CA

Overview:

As a member of the Professional Services Team at Open Source Integrators (OSI), you will work collaboratively within a Project Team to plan, design and manage multiple projects. OSI provides global customers with business consulting and change management services in tandem with ERP implementations. As the PM on multiple projects, you will be responsible for managing project scope, budget and timeline while ensuring that all projects meet customer and company expectations. When executing these strategies you will utilize your experience in project management to help customers leverage business consulting and technology to achieve their business goals. You will gain experience cross-industry, helping fuel the company’s growth and ability to enable customers to do amazing things.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple industries such as Aerospace, Manufacturing, Retail, Food & Beverage.
• Lead the pursuit of implementation services for assigned clients.
• Maintain budget awareness for all stakeholders and effectively manage project change as necessary.
• Work with customers on-site and off-site to analyze business needs.
• Build trusted relationships with OSI team members and customers.
• Coach and train customers, transmit needs, concerns and priorities to the software development team and leadership team.
• Assist in project estimation, forecasting and task management.
• Manage all aspects of multiple projects to ensure deliverables are aligned with and directly support achievement of strategic objectives.
• Assist is building best practices and benchmarks for completed projects.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed and necessary documentation is provided to customers.
• Manage complex financial reporting and project tracking.
• Help the team continuously improve.
• Travel regionally to support customers (up to 50%).
• Manage 5-6 clients at any given time.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of ERP Project Management experience.
• Experience in multiple ERP implementations.
• Independent thinking and keen problem solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and multiple work plans.
• Customer oriented with a high level of professionalism.
• One or more years of related business experience.
• A commanding desire to learn and succeed.
• Responsive, friendly, and thoughtful in your communications. Effective in communicating ideas and information, both written and verbal.

• Functional understanding of Project Management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Google Workspace, including spreadsheet familiarity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.

Recommended Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Familiarity with open source software
• Proficient with use of project scheduling tools
• Software/SaaS experience in a business environment
• Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors: aerospace, commercial, manufacturing, utility, or energy.
