Job description
• Hands-on functional experience in design, configure & customizing in SAP CRM 7.0: BP, Master Data, Technical Master Data,
• SAP CRM Fiori apps, HANA, Gateway OData services, Integration with Fiori.
• Service: Service Contracts, Service Requests, Service Orders, Install base/Equipment/Technical Master Data.
• Business Activity, Task, Service Tickets, ERMS.
Working knowledge and good experience in Gateway foundation, Odata services, Fiori/UI5 apps, HANA CDS Views, Fiori Smart Business on HANA, Integration through PO, CRM middleware , BDOCs, IDOCs, ABAP - RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, debugging, XML Web Services for SOA solutions in SAP CRM, Fact sheet, BRF+, Multi-Channel Foundation, Micro services
Senior SAP CRM Service Functional Analyst/Project manager.
• Experience in business process definition, requirements definition, solution architecture
• Experience with writing Functional Specs for RICEFW
• Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Proven ability to estimate & manage a portfolio of projects
• Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders in a demanding, dynamic environment.
• PM certificate (ex: PMI) preferred
• Extensive domain knowledge in the Spares sales Order Management space for a manufacturing company.
• Very familiar with Part returns, Logistics & Procurement integration and financial integration.
• 100% on-site SCLA.
• 10+ years of SAP experience with a Bachelor's Degree

• Document clear and complete requirements for solutions of any scope and complexity.
• Provide functional knowledge of SAP systems and data.
• Implement necessary configuration within SAP CRM to meet business requirements
• Ensure proper documentation is created for all projects/changes.
SKILLS: Required
• SAP CRM Service Management Experience (especially Service Case management)
• Web UI, Fiori / UI5, ALE /IDOCs, LSMW, RFC Interfaces
• Business Process knowledge:
• Field Service / Service Contracts / Entitlements / Service Orders / Returns / Repairs
• SAP Functionality:
• Functional Locations, Labor Confirmations / Installed Base, Serial Numbers, Equipment, iObjects
SKILLS: Nice to have
• ECC Plant maintenance (PM) experience (nice to have)
• ECC Project Systems (PS) Module and WBS elements (nice to have)
