Primary Function:
Lead manufacturing and facilities projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met. Establish and maintain relationships with peers and Manager, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes necessary for successful completion.

Be able to operate assigned equipment, use common hand tools, and devices for calculating, planning, organizing, and controlling job.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. *Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting     quality and performance standards and assessing risks
  2. *Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
  3. *Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical and physical feasibility
  4. *Ensure resource availability and allocation
  5. *Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
  6. *Coordinate with internal and external parties for the successful execution of projects
  7.  Manage relationships between vendors and company.
  8. *Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
  9. *Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
  10. *Report and escalate to upper management issues when needed
  11. *Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  12.   Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and                  researchers.
  13.  Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  14. *Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
  15.  Any other duties as assigned by Manager.

Physical Requirements:
(x) Fingering                       Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than                                                   with whole hand or arm as in handling
(x) Grasping                        Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm
(x) Repetitive Motions      Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrist, hands and/or fingers
(x) Walking                          Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or                                                              moving from one site to another
(x) Standing                        Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
(x) Balancing                       Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or                                                                crouching on narrow slippery or erratically moving surfaces. This factor is                                                                  important if the amount and kind of balancing exceeds that needed for ordinary                                                    locomotion and maintenance of body equilibrium.                        
(x) Climbing                        Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps poles and the like, using                                               feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized. This factor is                                                         important if the amount and kind of climbing required exceeds that required for                                                     ordinary locomotion.
(x) Stooping                        Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is                                                  important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full use of the lower                                                    extremities and back muscles.
(x) Kneeling                        Bending legs at the knee to come to a rest on the knee or knees
(x) Crouching                     Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine
(x) Crawling                        Moving about on hands and knees or hands and feet
(x) Reaching                       Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
(x) Pulling                            Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, drag, haul, or tug objects in                                                 a sustained motion
(x) Lifting                             Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally                                                      from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable                                                       degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
(x) Visual Acuity                Sufficient to detect color – Must be correctable to 20/40
(x) Hearing                          Adequate to communicate over the phone and engage in normal                                                                                conversation                  
(x) Other                              Licensure required to operate a motor vehicle; industrial powered truck or similar                                                  device up to 20 times/shift
**Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required by task. **

Mandatory Prerequisites:
Four Year Degree in Project Management from an Accredited School with 2+ years of relevant experience
Preferred:
10+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing in addition to Degree.

Skills Required to be Successful:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office for necessary reporting
Superb attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Excellent time management skills.
