Project Manager

Sentinel is seeking an experienced Project Manager for one of its large local partners. They are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in application and software integration. Your experience in IT project management will have prepared you to guide both the business and project management staff to the finish line with a successful roll-out. This will include the responsibilities of defining scopes, creating project plans across simultaneously running projects, reporting and establishing metrics. This project will be taking 2 systems down to one and create a more end user friendly experience. You will be managing this implementation through the entire project lifecycle. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite activities as needed in Chicago, Illinois approximately 2-3 days a week.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field
• Candidate must have a PMP with several years of experience in successful project implementation
• Senior level experience with technical project management to include application or software deployments
• Knowledge and experience in business analysis and organizational change
• Experience with student or education systems preferred, similar to BlenderBox or other enrollment tool
• Communication and leadership skills that foster open communication to build strong business relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and navigate project challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
