As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you'll partner with clients to gather requirements and put into action the best practice and solutions. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. You Have:

• Experience with IT project delivery or management
• Experience with managing all aspects of large and complex projects by ensuring timely performance, accuracy, and completeness
• Experience with supporting projects with budgets of 100+ million per year
• Experience with executing in Agile methodologies
• Experience with monitoring and reporting on performance measures, metrics, and services levels and supporting revisions and updates
• Experience in a flexible environment interacting with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers
• Ability to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with managing vendors, including subcontractor management
• Experience with supporting large innovation and integration platforms
• Experience with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
• Experience with writing requirements as features or user stories
• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies and infrastructure
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Scrum Master Certification
• Agile or SAFe Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
