Project Manager - Building Maintenance

As the Project Manager of Building Maintenance at The Budd Group, you'll lead a team of technicians to deliver exceptional services and products. Your mission: boost sales margins, streamline operations, and make our customers even happier. You'll collaborate with peers and the Branch Manager, customizing your approach for specialty areas like construction cleaning, high dusting pressure washing, painting, route-based maintenance, and other facilities projects.

Position Objectives:

1. Master efficient scheduling for top-notch service coverage.
2. Rock project budgets and meet our business goals.
3. Ensure we're ready for upcoming projects with supplies and labor.
4. Tackle program risks and keep the branch team in the loop.
5. Be a safety guru, guide equipment use, and champion safe practices.
6. Keep our work in check for compliance and customer smiles.

Main Respinsibilities:

1. Boosting daily productivity and performance.
2. Grooming and nurturing our service providers.
3. Nailing daily projects and customer interactions.
4. Keeping tabs on inventory, equipment and other assets.
5. Suggesting new products/services to our accounts.
6. Spreading the sales spirit.

Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience:

1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent managerial experience.
2. Get ready for local adventures (70% fieldwork, no overnights).
3. Drivers License and a clean driving record.
4. Top-notch customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
5. Work ethically and independently.
