We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Project Manager with a proven track record in leading large-scale, enterprise customer integrations. This pivotal role involves scoping, planning, executing, and successfully concluding large customer-facing projects within stringent deadlines and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience overseeing diverse resources to ensure the seamless on-boarding of new enterprise accounts, as well as the large-scale implementation of copier/printer deployments and software installations for secure print environments.
This position offered is US Remote.
Compensation: $80k-90k/year, DOE.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Sr Management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Thoroughly document all project facets to establish agreed-upon scopes, plan resources, manage budgets, and set expectations or all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation associated with projects, such as SOW/Project Charters, Cost Tracking, Risk Register, RACI Matrix, and Project Plans.
- Conduct a high volume of customer-facing meetings in which extensive change management skills will be crucial.
- Provide weekly status updates regarding project status and key data sets according to customer requirements.
- Lead customer-facing project meetings and work closely with Sales team and company leadership.
- Manage project challenges that may arise, such as resource issues, scheduling, and priority alignments.
- Build relationships with customers and internal team i.e., Sales, Project, Implementation, Leasing, Contracting, and Logistics.
- Ensure proper data management and organization to provide smooth transitions onto the FTG programs, which include uploading to appropriate shared sites with internal and external teams.
- Track all costs/expenses for each project and ensure proper coding; entails appropriate reporting and collaborating with various leaders to provide consistent summary updates.
- Recognize process deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Consistently deliver high-quality service.
The ideal candidate will offer (education, skills, prior experience):
- 2-3 years of project management experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Customer facing experience required; advance presentation skills preferred including executive presence and reporting experience.
- Prior experience with budgets of $1m preferred.
- Prior training in Agile & Waterfall methodologies, PMP certification preferred.
- Must love the details and be organized with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, including working hours as needed to manage customer requests. This includes having flexibility in accommodating customer meetings that span multiple time zones.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time; sometimes with short notice.
