Roles of Project Manager:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing and controlling large complex enterprise projects.
- Organizes work into a manageable plan; secures Executive Staff approval for project scope, budget, schedule and plan; assembles the project team, assigns individual responsibilities, develops the project schedule; controls execution of the project to meet planned business objectives within budgetary and schedulelimitations; communicates with senior management and or functional area management regarding project status; may direct the activities of one or more Project Managers and project leads to deliver results; evaluates project results against business strategies and objectives
- The Project Manager is a matrixed line management position with direct authority over Project Managers, leads and staff for the durationion/ portion of time that an individual is assigned to the project. Administrative management responsibility for all project staffremains with the Functional Managers(s).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position is for EEO Investigator – Lawyer- Must be familiar with federal, state and local EEO and anti-discrimination laws.
- NYS Bar Preferred
- Substantial experience in conducting investigations
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws
- Must be able to report to various healthcare facilities throughout New York City to provide targeted, timely, and productive support for the Office of EEO, at the direction of the System’s Chief Employment Counsel
- Strong analytical and communication skills required. Adept at quickly synthesizing information to distill critical issues and formulate recommendations that consider risks, benefits and alternative perspectives.
- Strong people skills and ability to understand and effectively navigate within a large organizational structure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced health care/hospital setting.
