Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly Shop Floor involvement.
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8-hour days plus lunch / 40-hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Travel required throughout the USA including the Midwest and Northeast
- Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S Person.

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Aerospace/Aircraft Engines
- Preference for Experience with Aircraft Engine Test Cells
- 3+ years of experience leading (Project Management) of engineering or technically driven projects
- Preference for modification & upgrades of Test Cells with new equipment to meet production program Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to product test specifications
- Knowledge of engineering processes:
- Engineering change process (CR/CN)
- Customer gated review meetings (design reviews, etc.)
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
