Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
This position is responsible for performing tasks to ensure that resource management best practices are followed across the organization allowing for accurate and timely financial and resource reporting. This position is also responsible for consistent management of external resources.
What Will You Do?
  • Support the resource management process working with team leads to ensure staffing is aligned accurately to teams and circles. Continued support of resource plans during Iteration Planning cycles.
  • Build partnerships with leads to ensure resource management best practices are followed.
  • Provide resource data views to leads for analytical and decision-making purposes.
  • Management of onboarding, access requests, time reporting approval, and deprovisioning for external resources.
  • Management of Statement of Work requests for external resources including creation of new SOW’s as well as yearly SOW renewals.
  • Align resources to appropriate roles and ensure that roles are approved by Travelers managers.
  • Work closely with Travelers and Vendor leads on resource add or change requests to ensure they meet budget objectives.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • 2 years project management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing the entire life cycle of a project preferred.
  • Experience in Excel or be willing to learn in order to build out reports and views for Travelers Leads.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with different levels of leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills which will be essential in working independently through resource management issues.
  • Desire to work in a team-based environment where participation in sharing ideas and feedback as well as helping others on the team when needed is strongly encouraged.
What is a Must Have?
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of project management experience required.
