- Support the resource management process working with team leads to ensure staffing is aligned accurately to teams and circles. Continued support of resource plans during Iteration Planning cycles.
- Build partnerships with leads to ensure resource management best practices are followed.
- Provide resource data views to leads for analytical and decision-making purposes.
- Management of onboarding, access requests, time reporting approval, and deprovisioning for external resources.
- Management of Statement of Work requests for external resources including creation of new SOW’s as well as yearly SOW renewals.
- Align resources to appropriate roles and ensure that roles are approved by Travelers managers.
- Work closely with Travelers and Vendor leads on resource add or change requests to ensure they meet budget objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- 2 years project management experience preferred.
- Experience managing the entire life cycle of a project preferred.
- Experience in Excel or be willing to learn in order to build out reports and views for Travelers Leads.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with different levels of leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills which will be essential in working independently through resource management issues.
- Desire to work in a team-based environment where participation in sharing ideas and feedback as well as helping others on the team when needed is strongly encouraged.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of project management experience required.
