A day in the life of a Project / Install Coordinator would be:

· Collaborate closely with the Install Manager and project management team to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities

· Assist in organizing and scheduling installation projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, tools, and equipment

· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to facilitate clear communication and project updates

· Prepare and distribute project-related documentation

· Maintain accurate records of project status, updates, and communication

· Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues

· Coordinate with the install and project management teams to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared for installations

· Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and documentation management

· Support the implementation of safety protocols and compliance standards during installation activities

· Handle administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the installation process

Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus

· Proven experience in an administrative and/or coordination role, preferably within a manufacturing or construction environment

· Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

· Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and/or Google Suite, and project management tools

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

· Knowledge of electrical signage or related industries is advantageous but not mandatory

· A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently when required

Compensation: $16 - $20 DOE
