Position Summary:
- Project Home is a program contracted through Kenosha County Division of Children and Family Services.
- Caseworkers serve as permanency planning specialists, assisting the division in reducing length of stay in foster care for children.
- Conducts concurrent case planning involving reunifications, terminations of parental rights/adoption and guardianships.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field required.
- One year child welfare experience required.
- Case management experience preferred.
- Expertise in Chapter 48/children's Juvenile Justice code pertaining to TPR is desired.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and minimum liability insurance.
- Frequent travel required.
