Benefits Information:
- $1,000 sign on bonus, split into two separate payments of $500 each. First pay out after 30 days of employment and second payout after 90 days of employment.
- Retention bonus opportunities as well.
- The payout of both the sign on bonus and retention bonus will be based on acceptable performance and attendance
- This is a supplemental position located at the Solar manufacturing facility located in Channelview, TX
- No relocation package is available
- Health, dental, vision, & basic life insurance offered on day 1 of employment
- Potential base salary increases from annual performance reviews
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Comply with all of TurboFab’s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, Regulations and Guidelines.
- Must keep all areas clean and orderly; and comply with TurboFab’s housekeeping procedures.
- Holds and positions parts.
- Document control.
- Grinds and chips rough edges as required.
- Uses hammers and other tools to perform job
- Must work safely and abide by safety rules and regulations.
- Must maintain all equipment in good working condition.
- Train other less experience Helpers.
Required Qualifications:
- This position is for the helper with more than three years of experience and requires minimal supervision to perform duties assigned.
- Must have the ability to perform the duties described herein.
- Must exhibit the skills and willingness to perform assigned tasks in a fully competent manner.
- Must have knowledge of tools used in the industry.
- Must be able to get along with others.
- Must be able to verbally communicate with others.
