Omicelo Construction Group has partnered with one of the largest contractors in the State of Pennsylvania to participate in a Mentor/Protégé Program with one of the largest contractors in the State of Pennsylvania. The Omicelo M&P Project Engineer (PE) will work directly with onsite supervision managing a large healthcare project. The PE will have a primary focus on Mechanical and Plumbing coordination on the project and will be responsible for the coordination of key stakeholder meetings, preparing cost estimates and reports, and the management of timelines and deliverables for the project. Duties and Responsibilities Interpret drawings and specifications Project planning, scheduling and coordination Safety and quality control management Accurate forecasting and management of budgets Assist with change order management and pay applications Assist with managing critical subcontractors Assist with BIM process and coordination Assist with construction schedule development Assist with procurement and delivery of equipment Process RFI’s, submittals, change orders and work orders Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite proficiency – Outlook, Excel, Word, Access. Experience with database management and construction management software systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to set priorities. Ability to prioritize and juggle concurrent demands. Ability to problem solve and diffuse situations as they arise Demonstrated ability to work with diverse audiences Work accurately with close attention to detail Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information OSHA 30 certification Minimum education, training, and experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred 4+ years of MEP project experience Procore and Revizto experience a plus Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
