Job Title: Project Engineer-Civil Design Services- Morgantown, West Virginia

General Statement of Duties: The Project Engineer will be working with CTL Civil Design Services Department. This position is full-time with competitive pay based on experience. This position will use experience while learning new skills to assist clients. This position will be managing your own projects and assisting co-workers with projects.

• Work on Civil Site Design projects
• Communicate with clients on deliverables
• Develop project proposals
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality of work
• Develop erosion and sediment control plans
• Determine hydrology, develop hydraulic/drainage and stormwater calculations, and obtain NDPES permits
• Design utility and utility relocation plans
• Create permit applications
• Produce construction drawings, specifications, and quality control plans
• Create construction cost estimates

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and reporting.
• Efficient with Auto CAD Civil 3D.
• Must have good customer service skills and be able to build relationships.
• Must have ability to manage multiple projects and remain quality focused.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage and train others and be a team player.
• Ability to be reliable and on time.
• Be quality minded and client focused.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
• 3-5 years of Civil Design experience.
• Must have a valid driver license and have proven clean driving record.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Morgantown, West Virginia
