POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Able to perform all essential Project Assistant/Coordinator responsibilities Track overall Project Costs and prepare summary reports
• Assist Project Executive in General Conditions Project Cost management including JDE/CMS (forecasting by Project Executive)
• Code General Conditions invoices/receivers
• Summary cost reports for entire project based on individual project reporting/forecasting
• Track payment status
• Oversee and manage Application for Payment process
• Prepare cover sheet and schedule of values for Applications for Payment
• Prepare Application for Payment Transfer Logs
• QA/QC Applications for Payment
• Present Applications for Payment to client (with PM support) and resolve issues
• Monitor fee (PM to lead) on a project-by-project basis and report to Project Executive
• Track general status of change orders
• Oversee consistency of PM cost reporting, financial management, and forecasting
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
• High School Diploma and one to two years of business school (accounting or bookkeeping) or equivalent combinations of experience and training
• Minimum two years of construction accounting experience and working knowledge of bookkeeping and/or accounting and auditing, payroll and invoicing procedures
• Proficient in basic arithmetic
• Knowledge of basic computer spreadsheet applications
• Ability to use 10-key by touch accurately
• Effective English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
• Reliability, dependability and flexibility
