Overview:
searching for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.
You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to manage project documentation and files, maintain organized project records, and ensure version control of project documents.
- Skillful in conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing information to support decision-making and project planning efforts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive project information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Smartsheet, Trello, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of Project Management experience required, in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
