Shift: M-F 8 hour days
Pay rate: $32-$41 Hourly
Location: Boise, ID
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
  • Ensure field redline sheets are retained and returned to document control.
  • Deliver shop drawings to fabrication shops and review with shop coordinators.
  • Perform project sign-off walks with the project owner.
  • Schedule and perform construction permit walks with regulatory agencies.
  • Track construction permits to ensure all permits are complete prior to project sign-off.
  • Procure project equipment rentals as needed.
  • Create receipts for received materials or services in customers procurement software.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to assigned Project Manager.
  • Ensure project work is being performed in an efficient manner.
  • Plan construction activities as needed with trades leads and 3rd party contractors.
  • Manage project risks to mitigate or eliminate negative effects on the project.
  • Ensure safety regulations and rules are followed.
  • Inspect projects daily for safety compliance.
  • Escalate safety concerns through proper channels.
  • Ensure the job site remains safe and clean.
  • Ensure proper forms are in place and signed off prior to trades beginning work.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Participate in field walks and field meetings.
  • Resolve job site issues and emergencies.
  • Attend and participate in all construction project meetings.
  • Create and send out notices for construction impacts to site.
  • Collaborate with trades leads and foremen as needed.
  • Familiarity with 6S methodology.
  • Resolve job site issues and emergencies
  • Track and update field prints with revisions for each project.
Requirements:
  • Must have 5 years of high-tech tool installation experience. 
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Navis Works or comparable 3D viewing software.
  • Basic knowledge of or ability to learn BIM 360.
  • Basic knowledge of construction material, means, and methods.
  • Basic knowledge of construction codes.
  • Basic knowledge of customer procurement software or ability to learn how to create and modify PO requests.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate personal computer and tablet devices.
Preferred:
  • 300mm semiconductor tool install experience.
  • Cleanroom construction experience. 

Physical Effort/Activities: 
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
