Project & Compliance Engineer

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Project & Compliance Engineer to join our team at our Tech Center in Cleveland, OH. The Project & Compliance Engineer is responsible for product conformance of our branded products and assists in various activities within the TFC Engineering Department. This position also assists sales, customers, and marketing with technical needs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting of threaded fasteners and other similar products.

• Maintaining product drawings including submission to our manufacturing locations and customers.

• Responsible for product compliance of our branded products.

• Provide samples to independent testing labs to conduct product performance testing.

• Provide technical assistance to the marketing department helping to develop sales and marketing materials.

• Assist with product development by using various pieces of fastener installation tools and testing equipment.

• Assist with various outside product evaluation services that test our products.

• Assist with employee and customer training programs.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Drawings: AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, TurboCAD (or equivalent)

• Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Writer, TEAMS, PowerPoint, Publisher, Data Management Software like t he use of Pivot Tables

• Mechanical aptitude is required

• Engineering Degree or related experience required

• Experience in 3D printing is preferred but not required.

• QC experience is preferred but not required.
