Form of work- Testing, assessment, consulting, and design services for the built environment, such as:
- Property condition assessments
- Building enclosure design consulting
- Pre-construction, during-construction, and post-construction condition assessments
- Assessment of existing facilities
- ADA surveys
- Historic building assessments
- Forensic investigation analysis,
- Design of repairs to existing structures
- Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
- Preparing reports and proposals
- Overseeing proposal, field work, and report preparation
- Maintaining and develop a client database
- Managing budgets and prepare invoices
- Mentoring other staff
- Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
What We're Looking For
B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB)
2-6 years of relevant experience related to building enclosure design and consulting, ADA consulting, code plan review, or inspection of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
American Institute of Architects (AIA) Architect title licensure or Registered Architect RA) license in state of hire or capable of obtaining reciprocity within six months of hire
