MUST:
Experienced Project Administrator
Strong experience working in Office Operations
4+years of professional experience in project administration or operations management
Knowledge of sales, engineering and marketing
Strong experience with driving business processes
Strong writing skills
Experience with creating and writing standard operating procedures
Creating spread sheets, documents and correspondence
Ability to work in deadline driven environment
Working with operational efficiencies
Developing operations manual
Supporting quality assurance efforts
Managing 3rd party relationships including working with vendors
4+years of operational support experience
Sales experience preferred
Strong experience assisting with contracts and procurement
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
DUTIES:
Oversee various projects within a deadline driven environment
Drive business processes
Provide support with marketing, sales and engineering
Create and write an operations manual
Create documents, correspondence and spread sheets
