We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Programmatic Display and Video Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Programmatic Analyst will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and verticals. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in Programmatic advertising and solutions, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360, CM360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Studio, and Google Web Designer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new clients on a variety of platforms.
- Working across multiple platforms to execute and optimize programmatic campaigns.
- Daily monitoring of CRM for assigned tasks and ensuring task completion.
- Collaborating with internal staff on campaign strategies and performance.
- Adhering to brand guidelines for multiple verticals.
- Learning and understanding various industry standards.
- Analyzing large datasets and providing client-facing feedback and reports.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of Paid Media, Media Buying or similar experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and communicate data-driven recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Openness to continuous education and research.
- Strong attention to detail in ad copy, logos, graphics, budget, landing pages, UTM tags, and scope of work.
- Experience in digital advertising, with a preference for programmatic advertising.
- Quick to learn new platforms, software, applications, and processes.
- Experience in Google Ads Manager
- Experience with managing Google Analytics and/or GTM
- Experience in Excel with the ability to analyze, summarize, and understand large data sets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with numerous internal teams.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agency experience.
- Experience in planning, strategizing, budgeting, ad trafficking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with other programmatic DSPs such as StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, or similar.
- Google Certifications
- Experience in automotive, legal, medical, and/or economic development verticals.
- Exposure to and understanding of other cross digital advertising channels (Search, Paid Social, CTV).
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
