The Program Recruitment Campaign Consultant will report to NOD’s Senior Program Manager and assist with the employer Recruitment Campaign for the NOD Engagement Survey, working with the Research/Data and Marketing/Development teams to plan and execute a concerted sales and marketing campaign to get a total of 20 - 30 employers registered to participate in the study.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build, organize, and manage multiple discrete lists of prospective employers for the Engagement Survey, including current inbound leads generated through communications tactics, current outbound leads of NOD partners, and a new list of target companies to widen the top of the funnel
- Design and execute sales/outreach campaigns
- Provide relevant information and documentation to give employers a sense of what the project entails and stimulate interest and questions
- Set up calls between prospective employers and the research team to answer questions and progress
- Work with NOD’s marketing and development team to craft and hone our external messaging around the Engagement Survey
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the project and increase visibility
- Assist in disseminating and executing Participation Agreements with prospective employers
Position Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications:
- Experience with sales and communications targeting HR functions within large US-based employers (>500 employees)
- Ability to manage multiple sales funnels targeting different lead/prospect lists (including current list of warm prospects, list of NOD partners and building new lists of target employers)
- Experience with campaign management and CRM data entry/organization
- Experience with marketing/ad tech (utilizing LinkedIn currently)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR operations and/or employer surveys
- Connections to or membership in SHRM or similar industry organizations
- Knowledge of and network within the disability employment inclusion landscape
Salary Range: $3K-$5K per month for 6 months
