About the Role
In a Program Quality role at Magna Electronics, you will be part of a team that is instrumental to the company's leadership position in the automotive industry. Program Quality assures processes and work packages to assure the right quality, on time, that meet customers' expectations. You will partner with engineering, program management, and manufacturing to review processes, work packages to ensure the highest quality will be input into our products.
Your Responsibilities
• Assist Program Quality Engineer with process reviews
• Assist Program Quality Engineer with work pack reviews
• Assist Program Quality Engineer with gate readiness
• Assist with process improvements
Who we are looking for
• Some related experience preferred
Your preferred qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University working towards a Degree in Engineering
• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical skill - ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve process.
• Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
