Our Enterprise Performance team seeks a Senior Staff levelProgram Planner to support both the Sensors and Processing, and Bus Centers of Excellence planning teams. Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will...
• Serve as the lead Program Planner from start up through execution and into closure
• Lead proposal preparation planning including development of planning artifacts for solicitation response
• Work with technical and operational communities and program management to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
• Manage vertical and horizontal integration between all schedules and other program artifacts compliant with LM's command media
• Interface with program management, senior management and the contractual customer as the programs planning integrator
• Perform time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments to assure program to meets commitments
• Resolve schedule conflicts, develop, and implement work-around strategies and tactical alternatives. Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive improved program performance
Our employees working in this level of position typically have 15 - 20 years of experience.
Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton, CO; Sunnyvale, CA; or King of Prussia, PA and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications
• 10-12 years of experience working in a planning/project controls capacity
• Experienced at developing/maintaining complex networked schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and/or Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
• Experience of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
• Experience briefing top management and customers
• Experience leading a team
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI government security clearance
Desired skills
• Microsoft Project Server experience
• Open Plan experience
• Exceptional critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Previous experience working on satellite programs

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
