BAE Systems is seeking a passionate and self-starting Program Manager II to execute production programs in our electronic warfare Radar Warning Receiver portfolio. Reporting to the ALR-56 Program Director in our Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area, headquartered in Nashua, NH. Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We welcome all those who have big ideas, crave innovation, want to drive fielding velocity and have the passion to bring the warfighter home safe.
This position is based out of Totowa, New Jersey and is a hybrid role. This role does demand consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform work onsite often due to the nature of this particular position. Work will be conducted on location at a three BAE Systems facilities; Greenlawn, NY, Nashua, NH and Totowa, NJ. Supplier and customer visits will be necessary as well.
Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes projects or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.
