Program Manager/Data Analytics
Job Title: Program Manager – Supply Chain
Job Duration: ongoing managed service- no end date projected
Location: Remote – own time zone hours.
Project Details: The Program Manager will be responsible for managing / owning current & existing growth, which includes process improvement, program/project management, and stakeholder engagement.
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years in Program Management
- Must have experience running multiple projects at one time- they will be responsible for running all the programs tied to the Data Analytics Team
- Right now, the team has 162 scope items up and running with 37 features.
- Must have experience running multiple projects at one time- they will be responsible for running all the programs tied to the Data Analytics Team
- Experience with Data Analytics and/ or Business Intelligence
- They are directly supporting the Data Analytics Team who is responsible for BI reporting, utilizing Snowflake, creating visualizations, data mining etc.
- They do NOT need to have been a Data Analyst in the past as they will not be running the analytics or creating the dashboards, Chandra’s team is responsible for that
- They are responsible for gathering and conveying the requirements that will go into the dashboards
- Experience with PowerBI would be HUGE
- Agile Project Experience
- Jira Cloud is the preference
- Other option: MS TFS (team foundation server)
NICE TO HAVE:
- PMP
- Scrum Certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage project artifacts across the varying project phases
- Monitor programs and projects from start to finish, including project management plans and schedules, scope definition and risk management plans to meet business goals
- Manage cross-functional resources, align schedules and calendars
- Provide program status updates, and lead high-value meeting cadences with stakeholders
- Create process standards and provide delivery oversight for programs and projects
- Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications
- Working in project management and operational support environment
- Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and procedures
