Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams of analysts and subject matter experts, including assigning tasking to other contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance
- Ensure project teams deliver solutions that meet all contractual requirements and customer expectations including technical performance, quality, and cost
- Coordinate closely with the government client to efficiently execute tasks and pivot to client needs, excelling in both collaborative and independent efforts
- Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationship, serving as a trusted advisor and relied on support system
- Quickly respond to government questions, concerns, or comments and proactively alert the government to potential contractual or programmatic issues
- Critically evaluate situations and making decisions as required to solve analytical, management, and programmatic issues
- Develop and execute business, solution, and product strategies to ensure growth and success of assigned programs
- Drive focused strategic planning, customer and stakeholder engagement, results measurement, and alignment with client expectations
- Maintain strategic focus to grow the business within the programs and take advantage of business opportunities as they arise
- Lead the reporting for all status reports and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum of an advanced degree in a security or business intelligence field of study, or ten years of demonstrated management related work experience.
- Must have recent, within the last three years, hands-on experience in supply chain security intelligence analysis, technology capabilities supporting supply chain risk management and must be a recognized practitioner
- GSA / PMP-Cert with 15-20 years of experience.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience working in the Government sector.
- Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top-Secret clearance.
