ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Consumer & Community Banking Group depends on innovators like you to serve consumers, small businesses, municipalities and non-profits. You’ll support the delivery of award winning tools and services that cover everything from personal and small business banking as well as lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. This group is also focused on developing and delivering cutting edged mobile applications, digital experiences and next generation banking technology solutions to better serve our clients and customers.
As a Project\Program Manager (PM) at JPMorgan Chase, within Consumer Community Banking, Banking and Wealth Management, you will be deeply involved in many aspects of the modernization of Chase's Digital middleware. This is a fast paced environment with exciting opportunities. You will be collaborating with product teams, developers, architects, solutions engineers, and management to ensure that a diverse group of projects are executed. Candidates should be well versed in agile practices and cloud technology, should be able to communicate and presently clearly and persuasively, and should be able to process and manipulate data sets to influence decision making.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Understands global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
- Collaborates with high-performing teams in complex program execution
- Works with cross-functional teams to drive the same goal, preparing, and presenting PowerPoint decks to large groups, escalating issues, and managing data sets.
- Experience with Cloud Technology
- Understands Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
- Creates and and maintains relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
- Ability to manage and drive technical stakeholder conversations.
- Proficiency in leveraging and manipulating data to summarize a status and to influence decisions.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10 Years experience in Digital project\program management
- Splunk proficiency
