About this Opportunity
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Operations and will be responsible for the successful and timely management of projects and initiatives within the operations and onboarding team. Items under the jurisdiction of the Program Manager, Operations, will include, but not be limited to, recurring initiatives and ad-hoc projects. They will manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, communications plans, and the development of supporting and training materials.
This role is fully remote anywhere in the United States!
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the timely planning and implementation of operations and Onboarding program initiatives.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Responsible for all prerequisite project documentation including Contracts, AFEs, Project Briefs, and Management Approvals
  • Interface and build relationships with internal and external customers to understand project needs and challenges.
  • Work closely and communicate succinctly with stakeholders, designers, developers, and internal departments to develop and manage joint plans and timelines and work as one cohesive team
  • Lead Kick-off and recurring status meetings and prepare meeting minutes for distribution
  • Manage the overall program budget and analyze the impact of changes or modifications on the project's overall budget.
  • Work with impacted groups, such as Communications, Field Services, marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless rollouts and integrations.
  • Identify communication requirements and assist in developing communication and promotional materials
  • Produce regular executive reports indicating each program's status, completed milestones, and identified risks.
  • Self-motivated, Proactive, "Can do" attitude.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years specialized project management experience
  • Experience seeing projects through their entire life cycle
  • Experience with the onboarding process
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional groups.
  • Experience creating presentation decks and materials
  • Expertise in Canva, PowerPoint, excel, Microsoft office, Google Suite.
  • Real Estate brokerage industry Experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20% based on business need
  • The ideal candidate will reside in the eastern or central time zone

Compensation Range:
The base salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.
