Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership team to gain a deep understanding of the high-priority projects that need support to drive success.
- Support end-to-end testing of new products across the Monetization Product Team scope of work, including but not limited to test planning, recruitment, campaign monitoring, prioritization of issues and feedback, and final reporting of test results.
- Project manage initiatives by coordinating with the cross-functional teams to ensure all groups are aligned on high-level goals and able to execute on the agreed-upon milestones.
- Create mechanisms for identifying and monitoring updates, milestones, and roadblocks on project work and ensure leadership is aware of status and progress.
- Deliver on agreed-upon initiatives in a timely manner and with a high level of quality.
Skills:
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Open, collaborative, and proven team player, with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance or support.
- Project management experience and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Ads/Digital Media operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of work experience.
- 6+ years of work experience in consulting, startup, operations, or product strategy environment (3+ years experience with master's degree).
- Experience in a startup environment and/or consulting experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Key projects:
- Should do testing for new products.
- Ad creator to test some of the business tools.
- Some performance techniques.
- Manage end-to-end testing process.
- Work with internal partners and recruit external partners to perform the test.
- Should handle the process independently.
- A person should be proactive in finding the info.
Must Haves:
- Operates independently, be proactive.
- Experience with measurement tools.
- Experience as an Ads Manager.
- AB performance testing.
- Google Docs, test.

- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
