Job description
This team is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate financial activities, requiring prior experience with My Order and associated processes. Proficiency in handling C's/CC's/IO's, financial modeling, and a deep understanding of financial systems and processes are essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective leadership skills to efficiently direct and coordinate financial tasks. Responsibilities: Purchase Orders: Coordinate with teams on the creation, tracking, and coordination of FY25 POs through the RIM tool. This includes Opex and COGS; vendor (including outsource) and license. Track closure and invoicing of FY24 POs, collaborating with individual PO owners. Cross-group coordination: Collaborate with admins to ensure all are suitably engaged and educated on the PO process. Ensure new hierarchy is correctly utilized. RIM Expense Tracking and Forecasting Model: Load and reconcile FY25 expenses. Finance Reporting Coordinate with Finance to ensure all reports tie to targets. Discretionary Opex Coordination: Collaborate with individual teams to ensure spending plans are in place and tracking is provided. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Finance degree with Strong program management preferred 5-7 years experience required. Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Duration: 2+ months, with possibility of extension Hourly Rate Range: $58-73/h (DOE)
