SUMMARY

The Program Manager, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, will play a critical role in the development and implementation of the bank's Fiserv Nautilus system and other related financial technology. You will serve as critical liaison between the technical team and business units and act as a strong advocate for internal and external customer experience.

You will leverage your in-depth understanding of Fiserv Nautilus configuration, workflow, and data structures to drive the analysis, design, and implementation of consistent solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations and enhancing our technology capabilities.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting end users, influencing adoption, and identifying opportunities for incremental improvement in system design. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that our systems and applications align with industry regulations, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

  • Collaborates with business and operations stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute an enterprise document and Content Management system product roadmap.
  • Designs and administers Fiserv Nautilus electronic document management, imaging, integrations, and workflow in alignment with business needs and product strategy.
  • Partners internally with technical resources, operations, and vendor partners to identify opportunities, define scope and drive solutions to implementation.
  • Develops naming conventions and indexing of programmatic file storage and champions best practices in curating ECM content.
  • Creates clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Works with Fiserv and our technical resources to ensure features/functionality are developed according to business requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities for business process automation and optimization within bank operations. Proposes and implements changes that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Analyzes problems, identifies alternative solutions, and projects consequences of proposed actions in support of business objectives.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and project management, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
  • Ensures solutions are aligned with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
  • Provides training and support to end users to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Defines measures of success within the scope of defined work and enhances business value through incremental improvement.
  • Effectively communicates technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders keeping project team well informed on progress, issues, and risks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

 

The Program Manager, Enterprise Content Management is not responsible for the supervision of employees but does assist with training and coaching activities across the organization.

 

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience (4-7 years) with electronic Content Management storage and workflow systems; prior experience with Fiserv Nautilus required.
  • Familiarity with DNA or other core banking applications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, business benefit analysis, and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
