Position Title: Program Manager
Department: Strategic Programs / Oklahoma City, OK

Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Primary Function:
The role of the Program Manager is to facilitate the Director of Strategic Programs in the execution of various programs and projects to ensure successful completion in accordance with the contract. Duties will vary depending the milestone of the program/projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of Programs and projects.
- Tracking and controlling of project scope, schedule, cost, performance, and resources.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of programs and projects, ensure 100% of contract statement of work items are completed in a manner that either meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.
- Work as a member of a team with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
- Creating, inputting, and reviewing data from various sources to develop monthly status reporting and presentation material.
- Provide technical support to various projects to include gathering and providing information to internal and external customers.
- Assist in the new hire process and integration of new employees into the team.
- Supervise employee’s performance of task and assigned duties.
- Interface with customers and clients
- Support and develop proposals for business capture activities.
- Understand and complete research assignments, as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Conditions:
Employee will be working mostly within an office environment. Employee may travel to work site locations where employee will be expected to dress in appropriate manner to interface with clients and customers. Travel will be necessary to meet the requirements for the positions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experience in Program Management preferably with a large business.
- PmP or DAU Certification
- BA in Business Administration or like field, equivalent combination or education and experience may qualify.
- Proficient MS Office Skill to include MS Project
- Detail oriented, experienced in creating a final product and the ability to multi-task and manage time well.
- Organized self-starter with a proactive attitude to anticipate needs and meet deadlines.
- Ability to shift priorities and demands and timelines while still meeting all expectations and deadlines.
- Secrete Clearance, eligible for a Top-Secret Clearance
Preferred
- Background in Navy training and technical documentation.
- Prior experience supporting a DoD contract for the U.S Navy or similar recent relevant experience.
