Seeking a Program Financial Manager to join the Program Management team. The AT portfolio consists of multiple small and large development contracts. The Financial Role guides and supports AT Program Directors overseeing our Terrestrial, Space, and Space Propulsion areas within in the AT program portfolio. Annual revenue is excess of $100M. Contracts support a range in size from (less than $2M to over $200M) and have varying levels of complexity.
JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES
Work closely with internal Program Directors, other prime contractors program management teams, and United States government program offices to understand and determine information needed for decision making and budgeting as well as congressional influence.
Provide oversight of the financial execution of multiple programs. Manage Program Financial forecasting for bookings, sales, and earnings. Maintain program termination liability estimates in partnership with procurement team.
Prepare earned value management metrics. Provide financial guidance to the Program Management teams. Collaborate with accounting, government compliance, financial planning and functional teams. Verify billings and accuracy of labor and material charging.
Answer billing questions from customers. Review cost estimates for proposed efforts, ensuring that proposals are financially sound and risks are understood and margins are achievable. Provide analytical data and recommendations for required improvement. Participate in project team and customer meetings to understand needed analysis, surveillance and reports, and provide information proactively.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelor's degree is required. Preference given to degrees in Business Administration, Program Management, Finance or Accounting.
* A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience is required.
* Must have at least five (5) years of Program Financial Management experience.
* Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship per Federal Government contract.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance, whichever is required.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS::
Advanced degree in Business Administration or Finance.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Point.
Familiarity with EVMS Software, MS Project, Open Plan, and/or Primavera P6.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
