Job description

Overview:

The Program Financial Analyst IV position is a full-time exempt position. The individual will perform all aspects of Earned Value Management (EVM) on DoD programs in accordance with government regulations. The individual will report to a Program Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement earned value management processes in compliance with contract requirements.
  • Establish, collect, and analyze cost performance data reports; identify cost, schedule, and performance trends; preparation of reports and graphs to present status to Program Managers, corporate leaders, and government customer.
  • Perform IMS schedule analysis with EVM analysis and assess program performance, program risks and program opportunities in coordination with the Program Manager.
  • Collaborate with program technical leads to maintain and status project schedules; perform schedule analyses of contractor IMS, schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and support schedule and EVM integration.
  • Develop the Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR) per contract requirements and the DoD implementation guide.
  • Orchestrate the planning and execution of Integrated Baseline Reviews in accordance with corporate and government standards.
  • Analyze business partner/ supplier/ original equipment manufacturer schedules and generate status reports/program updates.
  • Support other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field required.
  • 8+ years EVM experience on DoD program required.
  • Experience with industry standard EVM tools required.
  • Experience developing DCMA compliance EVM reports required.
  • Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, able to support multiple projects, work well with a team, interact with multiple levels of management, and manage customer and contractor relationships.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.
