Job Description
You will work directly with the Grants and Program Evaluation Manager to support the documentation and execution of the Program Evaluation, research, and grant implementation strategy at Mental Health Partners. You will analyze results for grants and other projects from private, public, and governmental funders. You will provide project management, technical assistance, and quality improvement support for implementing new programs in collaboration with clinical program leadership. You will report to the Grants and Program Evaluation Manager . This position will be a hybrid role.
Job Profile:
Do you have experience with data management and analysis?
Are you focused on behavioral health outcomes and trying to find solutions through data?
Do you have experience conducting data analysis and preparing written documentation of results for audiences like funders or executives?
Are you experienced with performing presentations for funders, community members and organizational partners regarding your findings and the data?
Do you have experience conducting data analysis and preparing written documentation of results for audiences like funders or executives?
Do you have experience working in Excel, maintaining complex spreadsheets, examining data quality, conducting statistical analysis and comparing data sets?

What we need for this job:
Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, or other Social Science
One (1+ ) years of experience, (may include internship), with data collection and management, statistics and research methodology, grant writing, program implementation, project management, and Program Evaluation
Experience with healthcare or non-profit environments and funding or reporting complexities
