Program Evaluation Data Specialist

Creighton University is currently recruiting to hire a Program Evaluation Data Specialist.

Position Summary:

The Program Evaluation Data Specialist is a member of the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement and responsible for supporting the data management needs related to program evaluation, accreditation, strategic planning, and continuous quality improvement of the School of Medicine. This individual must possess knowledge of data collection and management in order to support efficient, effective, and innovative evaluation and reporting School of Medicine.

This full time, exempt role offers some work from home flexibility.

Would consider candidates from Omaha, NE or Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of course, program and elective evaluations in School of Medicine programs
• Manage program evaluation related databases
• Develop and maintain data collection and management practices in compliance with accreditation standards
• Aid in the development and completion of reports to support assessment, evaluation, accreditation, strategic planning and continuous quality improvement practices in the School of Medicine
• Build surveys and collect data for the Office of Accreditation & Quality Improvement
• Support and collaborate on projects directed by the Program Evaluation Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field preferred).
• At least two years of relevant data or database-related experience
• Working knowledge of data and database structure is preferred
• Experience presenting information to a variety of audience in written and verbal form.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong desire to learn and increase one's own data and information skill set.
