Job Description:
Soccer Shots is newly launching in the NW Arkansas region and we're seeking a Program Director to manage and direct all duties related to the operations of Soccer Shots NW AR-ensuring program quality and growth across the region. Our success as an organization and nationally respected brand is dependent on the exemplary performance of excellent team members and leaders. Candidate Requirements:
A bachelor's degree is required
3-5 years of transferable, professional work experience
Self-motivated, and ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to manage programs and people
Excellent communication skills
Experience with a CRM tool
Ability to learn quickly, adapt and problem solve
A dedication to investing in the lives of people
Experience playing soccer (high school, club or college level)
Compensation: $41,600.00 - $54,080.00 per year

- Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
- Curriculum - Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
- Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We're a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
- Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It's why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
