You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Bureau of Naval Personnel (OPNAV N1) of PERS WASHINGTON.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Coordinating and conducting Portfolio Management (PfM) and supporting development of Enterprise Architecture (EA); 2) Defining objectives and developing, establishing, directing, and implementing policies; 3) Supporting any portfolio initiatives from the architecture perspective; and 4) Organizing research of, development of, and adoption of widely disseminated, market-based technical standards that promote the insertion of new technologies.
