Mayvin is currently seeking a Program Analyst I COMSEC Custodian (TS) will conduct processes and procedures as required by the program office. This position shall support the US Marshals Service.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must possess a TS security clearance and eligible for SCI access.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize information from a variety of sources such as records, computer files, previous studies, interviews, accountable property etc.
• Analyze information to identify issues and isolate problems.
• Prepare and edit various kinds of written correspondence.
• Review and analyze documents submitted for completeness and accuracy.
• Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals.
• Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the

agency and District offices, as well as other contract affiliates.

• Research and provide accurate information on matters necessary to carry out program

policies.

• Preparing statistical analyses and evaluation of program performance as it relates

to various operations.

• Conduct software updates on various Communications Security (COMSEC) devices.
• Track COMSEC equipment using Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Distributed INFOSEC Accounting System (DIAS).
• Ship and receive COMSEC material using USPS, FedEx, and Defense Courier Service (DCS).

• Provide administrative support to the various branch offices within the USMS

Divisions. Prepare correspondence related to program issues for higher level signature.

• Update automated records/database, as applicable.
• Process various types of incoming inquiries and documentation.
• Collect, compile, and report data concerning weekly accomplishments.
• Analyze information to identify issues and isolate problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience with Communications Security Devices
• 1-3 years of experience tracking COMSEC equipment using Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Distributed INFOSEC Accounting System (DIAS).
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving COMSEC material using USPS, FedEx, and Defense Courier Service (DCS).
• Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
