Pay Range: $30 - $38/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Shift (Start/End Time): 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Engagement improvement leads to increased provider satisfaction and access, as well as an improved member experience. All the above have a material impact on Quality scores, Growth and Margin improvement.
- Weekly provider visits face to face virtually or in person, proactive preparation for visits and documentation, follow up email after visit to set expectation with the provider. Act as the Liaison for the provider with the shared services teams to reach resolution and improved performance of risk and quality measures.
- Provider education to improve understanding of processes and resources available.
- After orientation and on boarding a team mentor is assigned and a week of shadowing to experience the daily tasking.
- Work in network performance, provider relations, clinical office management, claims, coding/billing experience, and understanding or risk management and HEDIS measures a plus.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- CMS guidelines for billing, Excel expert.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Public Health, Nursing, psychology, Social Work, Health Administration, or related health field or equivalent work experience
- Required Certifications: Bachelor or experience equal to
- Project Management/Lead
- Active listening skills
- Motivational interviewing concept understanding
